David Vine CTO of Cajutel Sarl is Living in Guinea- Bissau from Quite a long duration. He is an Engineer in various telecom Companies. He is a Chief technical expert with more than 20 years of experience in handling various technical operations in telecom industry. David he has been working in West Africa (Senegal and Guinea Bissau) for different telecommunication companies.

David Vine is an engineer and graduate of the Cardiff University (Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Field of Study Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Grade A) and the University of Wales , Cardiff where he did masters ( Masters 2(M2) Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering). After graduating, David commenced employment as a Director of Research in a France based telecom company SWISSLOG TELEDOM in 1989 where he handles the research and development of new projects. He was Inventor of an INTEL 5052 AH Automate (250 Inputs / 250 Outputs).

In late 2009, he started working as Technical Director in Guinea-Bissau based company where he worked in project of Conception and realization of a DVB-T television re-transmission station (2nd in West Africa) in 2009. 60 TV Stations. Then he also worked with Platform technologies (Senegal) for few years and assist Company in Engineering operations as consultant engineer, Later he worked with CABLE AML Torrance an California USA based company as Field Support Engineer. That's How Living in Various Regions of the Country David is Familiar with the country and a very technically strong person from been working with various telecom giants. David has now come together with Cajutel in serving West Africa a faster, reliable and affordable internet using his skills to serve the best service, overcoming the mistakes and Drawbacks of Previous service providers.
